Custom wooden jacks

My custom wooden jack have beech bodies and hornbeam tongues with PEEK springs and are made to work reliably and fast. They are 3.7mm wide and made to work in my registers with a 4mm wide slot. I use a suite of jigs in the manufacturing process to ensure every dimension is tightly controlled to guarantee consistency from jack to jack. Bodies can be made to any dimension (with a 12mm lower limit) or length. $10/jack
